webMethods introduced B2B.com as a Business Community Integration (BCI) platform for deploying and managing connections with trading partners. B2B.com, which webMethods expects to be generally available during the third quarter of 2000, is currently being developed based on experience with some of webMethods' high-profile customers and partners, including Eastman Chemical Company, EDS, and Ventro. B2B.com will be a combination of software, methodology, and services to guide companies through the entire trading partner integration process.
