Summary

Deutsche Telekom bought Debis Systemhaus, the systems integration arm of Debis AG, which is the services arm of Daimler Chrysler, for about euro 5.5B ($5.4B). The acquisition of the more than 20,000 consultants makes the German phone company the second-largest systems integrator in Europe, behind IBM Global Services.
