Not all IT operations are mission-critical to the organization. Determining the best availability and disaster recovery level for each IT service can improve IT efficiency and reduce costs. In this Data Center Availability root template, five levels of availability and four levels of disaster recovery are outlined. This template then points to the corresponding reference architecture templates for each of these availability and recovery levels.
