  • In 2013, business process as a service (BPaaS) offerings will provide a significant boost to process standardization efforts without requiring capital investments. A combined capability, process and technology enhancement can significantly reduce the time needed to achieve high maturity levels.
  • New vendor-provided technology platforms that integrate, complement and enhance core ERP applications, such as process enhancement technologies and services (PETS), will allow organizations to meet their business productivity goals faster
