Total semiconductor revenue fell by 2.7% in 2012 because of a weakening global economy in the second half. Total semiconductor revenue in 2013 is predicted to grow by 4.5%, aided by strong memory growth. Annual growth rates of DRAM and NAND flash will rebound to 12.9% and 15.8%, respectively.
