DRAM and NAND flash pricing will rebound to boost 2013 semiconductor revenue 2.3% compared with the first quarter of 2013 forecast. Thus, total semiconductor revenue for 2013 is forecast to climb to $320.2 billion to achieve 6.8% year-over-year growth.
