Summary

Current-dollar-value global IT spending growth will be almost flat in 2013, growing at 0.8%. However, in constant-currency terms, it will be a fairly typical 2.8%. Exchange-rate shifts drove most of the change, especially with emerging-market currencies depreciating versus the dollar.
