Summary

After dropping considerably in midyear, semiconductor days of inventory rose in 4Q13 following the 3Q13 holiday build cycle peak. OEM inventory levels, while not as elevated as semiconductor vendors' levels, were somewhat high in 4Q13. We expect this to lead to weak semiconductor revenue in 1Q14.
