  • The increased awareness and implementation of analytics and self-learning systems will force B2C companies to hasten their adoption of these technologies, to stay competitive and better serve the consumer of the future
  • Use of messaging apps is on the up and an increasing amount of sensitive data is being shared more or less securely over them, creating an opportunity for providers of secure messaging apps
  • Video will make up 50% of all data traffic worldwide by 2018, increasing the pressure on CSPs to spend more on infrastructure to keep pace with demand
