The worldwide IT services market was essentially flat in 2013 (2.8% growth in constant currency), from $931.4 billion in 2012 to $931.7 billion in 2013. The top two providers (IBM and HP) lost market share in 2013, struggling to both maintain margins and drive growth among non-IT buyers.
