Many infrastructure and operations leaders believe further significant I&O cost savings are unlikely, but opportunities actually abound in most enterprises. In fact, Gartner analysis indicates that through 2017, at least 70% of enterprises can reduce I&O "run" total cost of ownership by 25% or more.
