Summary

IT spending is forecast to grow by 2.6% in 2014 (3.2% in constant currency). Software, IT services and devices continue to drive much of this. But a weaker longer-term outlook for data centers, and ongoing sluggishness in telecom services, continues to keep overall growth similar to our 2Q14 update.
