Gartner's 4Q14 communications service provider operational technology forecast shows that global spending will decline to $170.9 billion in 2014, and is expected to reach $216.9 billion in 2018. Gartner expects the total market to show a 5.8% CAGR (2013 to 2018) and the SDN/NFV segment a 53.3% CAGR.
