Gartner's forecast for worldwide dollar-valued IT spending growth in 2015 has been lowered to −1.3% from last quarter's +2.4%, largely because of the rising U.S. dollar. In constant-currency terms, Gartner lowered the forecast growth for 2015 down by only 0.6 percentage point to 3.1%.
