Don't Believe the Hype: Implementing SaaS ERP/Business Applications Is Not Fast and Easy

SaaS can reduce some effort needed to implement business applications, but some tasks require the same diligence as with on-premises or hosted deployments. Application managers and IT leaders shouldn't believe an implementation automatically becomes easier just because it is SaaS-deployed.
