Analyst(s): Lynn Ritter, Don Dixon

Each year, Dataquest surveys copier vendors to estimate their annual sales. The survey covers vendors that are active in one or more of the following seven product segments: Segments personal copier (PC), 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. This annual report, which serves as a guide to the Copiers North America program, provides information not only on the total size of the market -- which is almost 2 million units -- but also on market share, where Canon and Xerox take top honors.
