Summary

InterWorld Corporation, developers of Commerce Exchange, uses the term Enterprise Commerce to describe the strategy of doing business online and integrating that Internet-based commerce with the whole business. InterWorld's Commerce Exchange software system is meant to meet four critical requirements by being process driven, extensible, scalable, and manageable. Commerce Exchange, with its Process-Centric architecture, includes over 300 prebuilt Process Components, contained within the Process Component Repository, from which customers can choose the best practices for implementing their needs. Founded in 1995, InterWorld employs over 300 people and is headquartered in New York with offices in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
