The IT services market will grow 3.7% in 2015, a decrease of 0.1% when compared with the 2Q15 forecast. The outlook for traditional BPO F&A has been reduced from a 2014-2019 CAGR of 3.5% in the 2Q15 forecast to 1.9% in this forecast, due largely to an expected increase in adoption of RPA tools.
