Gartner lowered its 2016 outlook for PCs, tablets and premium/utility phones (iOS outlook lowered), while raising its basic phone outlook. PCs will decline 7.4% in 2015 and 1.0% in 2016, but will increase 3.9% in 2017. Owing to smartphone saturation, mobile phones will see low-single-digit growth.
