Gartner has decreased the CAGR of end-user spending (in constant U.S. dollars) to 1.1% in the 4Q15 update versus 1.2% in the 3Q15 update. The change has been made mostly due to changes in end-user spending on enterprise fixed data services and consumer fixed services.
