Summary

After a currency-driven spending decline in 2015 of 5.8% (constant-currency spend was stable at 2.4%), Gartner's forecast for global dollar-valued IT spending growth in 2016, driven by software, IT services and data center systems, was lowered from 1.7% to 0.6% (constant currency is stable at 1.7%).
