Clarify ClearCallCenter, intended to create a single point of contact for customers, is part of the Clarify Sales Solution which integrates with the Clarify eFrontOffice Solution. Other components of the Clarify Sales Solution include Clarify ClearSales, Clarify ClearSales Configurator, Clarify ClearSales Commissions, and Clarify Task Manager. The Clarify Sales Solution automates the call center, field service, and Internet e-commerce applications. It aims to create cross-selling and upselling opportunities; enable the creation of personalized customer portals with information relating specifically to each customer's business needs; and to improve communication across call centers, field sales, channel partners, and eCommerce. Clarify is a Nortel Networks company.
