Gartner has increased the CAGR of end-user spending (in constant U.S. dollars) for 2014 to 2019 to 1.2% in the 1Q16 update versus 1.1% in 4Q15 update. The change has been made mostly because of changes in assumptions around consumer usage behaviors with video both on fixed and mobile networks.
