London Bridge is an established credit-receivables management software company based in the U.K. In 1999, the company acquired Hatton Blue for its financial services-focused CRM product called Vectus. The acquisition extended London Bridge's portfolio and added a complementary CRM product to London Bridge's existing Credit and Receivables Management and Mortgage Lending application suites. Vectus 4.0 provides a call center solution with Internet access capabilities built on a rules-based business engine. The solution supports a range of platforms and databases. Rather than dominate an enterprise's IT infrastructure, Vectus is designed to complement existing legacy systems and provide an integrated front-office solution. Vectus provides user-configurable CRM functionality accessed via simplistic rule-sets or from the Vectus Function Library.
