The company's Internet-driven solution is built for global and mobile communications. It provides a suite of sales, marketing, customer care, and eBusiness applications, which can be accessed by employees, customers, and through any standard Web browser or IP-based mobile device. eWare competes with several established vendors in this volatile market, but claims technical leadership in its ability to provide native support for numerous mobile devices.
