Summary

Gartner forecasts that end-user spending on communications services (in constant U.S. dollars) will increase at a 1.1% CAGR from 2015 through 2020. An expected decrease in consumer confidence and a slowdown in business activity due to Brexit have led to a decrease in our U.K. spending forecast.
