Gartner's forecast for worldwide dollar-valued IT spending growth in 2016 has been revised to a slight decline of negative 0.3%, down from last quarter's flat 0.0%. In constant-currency terms, the forecast was revised downward by 0.6%, which means currency movements have buoyed the market by 0.3%
