Gartner's forecast for worldwide dollar-valued IT spending growth in 2017 has been lowered 0.3% to 2.7%, with decreases in devices, IT services and communications services forecasts offsetting an increase in data center forecast — but overall, representing a big increase from -0.6% in 2016.
