Gartner's forecast for 2017 worldwide dollar-valued IT spending growth has been revised down 1.3% to 1.4%, a small increase from 0.4% in 2016. The constant-currency forecast has been increased 0.6% to 3.3% for 2017. Technology product management leaders should revise growth expectations accordingly.
