Summary

Sixty percent of EA groups view business architecture as essential, yet only 7% are seeing quantifiable returns from their efforts. In this study, the Council provides practitioner-based solutions to three key challenges: disjointed, IT–centric process mapping efforts, inadequate training to develop business architect skill sets, and insufficient linkages between project investments and execution.
