Many infrastructure organizations are planning to invest in new employee computing capabilities such as Microsoft Office 365 for Email, Unified Communications, Bring Your Own Device programs, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). To help them build business cases for new investments, the Employee Computing Portfolio Analysis Calculator calculates the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of an Employee Computing Portfolio over a three year horizon. This Excel-based calculator can be used to develop initial estimates of these new investments by uncovering all hidden costs incurred during implementation and maintenance.
