To enable and empower employees to support Security, Hadrian Corp (pseudonym) implemented strategies for employees to track and manage their own behaviors. Using activity statements to capitalize on employees’ intimate knowledge of their own workflows, Hadrian Corp was able to improve employee awareness and encourage employees to behave as controls rather than vulnerabilities. In turn, this enhanced Hadrian’s ability to uncover areas of potential concern as well as improve their data quality.
