This article, part a series of profiles of EA leaders, features Matt Lyteson, Director of Enterprise Architecture at Red Hat. Lyteson found an opportunity to improve IT delivery speed. His EA group conducted an analysis of IT handoffs, and they discovered that IT staff have far more interdependencies than many recognize. By mapping IT handoffs to identify and remove inefficiencies, Matt’s team was able to significantly reduce time-to-delivery.
