With an increasing number of customer touchpoints becoming digitized, there are many ways in which EA can help improve the external customer experience. Based on interviews with multiple EA members, we've put together a list of all the customer experience-related activities EA might participate in. You can use this tool to see where EA members are involved in customer experience activities, see where your EA team is involved, and help identify new activities your team can take on to further support customer experience improvement.
