To drive adoption of PM-targeted services, Amex’s PMO designs and deploys services that account for project manager concerns about services risk, and make service consumption as easy as possible. The case study will help you to sequence service roll-out based on project manager perceptions of service risk, develop service advocates at multiple levels to communicate service benefits, and design a low-effort service experience that minimizes service “friction.”
