CEB Information Risk's quantitative analysis of over 350 information security professionals revealed four competencies that disproportionately predict high-performance in Information Security: Business Results Orientation, Decision-Making, Influence, and Organizational Awareness. This inventory of behavioral interview questions enables CISOs and other information security hiring managers to evaluate security job candidates’ proficiency at the competencies proven to drive performance in the security function.
