Heckman Services (pseudonym) recognized that as the SaaS market matured, many perceptions of its risk, cost, and functionality no longer held true. Heckman coaches SaaS vendors and tracks its level of influence on SaaS vendor roadmaps to drive value from SaaS investments, and currently uses SaaS for 85% of sales and marketing solutions.
