EA operates in a complex and frequently changing environment, making it difficult to maintain an up-to-date view of stakeholder criticality. Continuous monitoring of the complete range of EA's stakeholders requires a systematic, scalable approach. EA groups should aggressively drill down to the most critical stakeholders, to de-average engagement efforts and use stakeholder resistance and pain points to identify opportunities to improve understanding of stakeholders' changing needs.
