  • 100G data center switches now cost just slightly more than 40G switches, enabling much bigger and faster price performance improvements and future-proofing to the DC network team
  • Applications such as flash/SSD storage traffic are starting to push 25G I/O beyond large cloud customers into the mainstream, which is driving network architects to look at higher-speed switches in both the ToR/leaf and the spine.
