Our research shows that top-quartile project managers are almost twice as likely to deliver consistent business outcomes than their bottom-quartile peers, primarily due to their mastery of seven entrepreneurial skills. PMO leaders must prioritize and screen for entrepreneurial skills, not just process knowledge.
