Twenty-five members provide input about their approaches to staffing leadership and management roles within IT, specifically people managers, project managers, and business relationship managers. The members provide an overview of IT staffing breakdowns, examining the percentage of IT workload performed by internal resources, contractors, and outsourced resources. Members go on to discuss people managers, project managers, and business relationship managers in detail, including how many full-time employees (FTEs) occupy each of these roles and the guiding principles for determining these ratios.
