In this research, we answer the question "What are the expected benefits of improving a company's quality culture?" A strong Culture of Quality provides three primary sources of value. Companies with a strong culture make 46% fewer mistakes than those with a weak one, and customer-facing errors decline by 75%. For the average firm, productivity improvements due to a stronger culture of quality are worth up to $350 million annually.
