Summary

In 2018, the Information Security function will adopt a more strategic role to better meet the needs of digital business, but it will not be without its challenges. Facing accelerating demands for their time and persistent talent shortages, Information Security leaders must improve their ability to embed governance in business workflows and teams, anticipate and respond to threats, enable the secure use of new technologies, and overcome fatigue from continuous change.
