Though network learning on the job is critical to improving employee performance at network performance competencies, only 36% of employees get helpful feedback from day-to-day interactions with coworkers. This case study illustrates how Shell created a simple protocol to help employees learn more from the on-the-job interactions they are already having with their peers.
