This summary contains input from thirty-one members on approaches to transitioning toward Agile frameworks for software development in IT and the business. We begin this summary with an overview of members' experiences with agile development frameworks, including scope of usage in terms of teams onboarded and application developed, agile project management software in use, and areas other than IT where Agile frameworks are used. Next, we discuss prominent drivers behind transitioning to Agile software development. We also study members' general approaches to Agile software development and whether they engage with third-party vendors for assistance. We close by identifying the challenges members have faced during the transition and their best practices and recommendations for successfully transitioning to Agile frameworks.
