In this research, we answer the question "What types of roles are being hired to support Digital Marketing Efforts?" Our research indicates that as marketers’ digital maturity continues to evolve, B2B/Hybrid marketing leaders are boosting organizational capability through the strategic hiring of digitally proficient staff. Indeed, according to our Digital Marketing Transition Survey, three quarters (75%) of B2B marketing organizations have hired or plan to hire new team members between 4Q FY 2016 and 2Q FY 2018.On average, these organizations plan to hire for 3 roles through 1H 2018. The three most sought after roles are Digital Marketing Lead, Marketing Analytics Lead, and Content Manager/”Editor in Chief” in the next 12 months.
