Summary

Validating cost savings from procurement activity and then tracking that savings to a company’s profit and loss statement has long been a problem for sourcing organizations. A new, three-year procurement strategy at the U.K. arm of Thales, an aerospace and defense company, offered the perfect opportunity to resolve this issue.
