Acquisition can be the cultural catalyst for making significant changes within organizations. For example, with Unilever’s 2015 acquisition of Dollar Shave Club, we saw that the burden was on the acquirer to add value to the acquisition. CPG organizations can learn a lot from Unilever’s success.
