This summary contains input from five members on preparing existing IT workforces for the rapid changes that accompany digital transformation. We begin this summary with an overview of the digital transformation underway in members’ organizations and the professional experience levels of members’ workforces. We then examine various approaches members use for enabling employees’ learning and development, including these approaches’ maturity levels, funding, and effectiveness. We close by identifying how members collect employee feedback to improve learning and development programs.
