They temper the selection of projects that are overly ambitious or not aligned with broader company goals using criteria that include: strategic fit, significance of impact, feasibility, and efficiency and timelines. Criteria should be weighted based on importance, and using a standard scale to help ensure uniform grading across projects and categories.
